Thanks to the numerous amounts of busy clients and members who sought out our training after the expense of failed attempts at the gym or with their pop home workout DVD series, we formulated our Workout Anywhere boot camp. This quickly became the go to boot camp and workout challenge for busy people in our area.
We backed away from weights, and started to use bodyweight exercises, so one could have greater control over their form while minimizing the risk of injury. In addition, we added the aid of resistance bands and the suspension trainer, making workout potential nearly unlimited. This also made the costs of equipment extremely affordable. Most resistance bands start at $12, and suspension trainers can be made by “do it yourselfers,” or purchases for as low as $20. Yet there are literally thousands of exercises one can perform with these combinations, and they are more superior than machine or free weight exercises (when comparing calories burned and muscle groups targeted).
