Hi Team!

Today is a full workout for your Workout Anywhere Wednesday.

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength Phase (15 min):

3 sets of 8 of:

3) Metabolic Circuit (20 min): As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 2 flights of stairs (your house stairs work) or 20 step ups (10/leg) or Mountain Climbers
  • 4 Inchworms 
  • 6 Burpees
  • 8 Jumping Jacks 0r Star Jacks
  • 10 Box Jumps (or step ups)

*Every 4 minutes, 50 jump ropes

4) Four Core: 4 Minute Core

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through. Three if you’re feeling dangerous
