Let’s go team! Workout Anywhere Wednesday is back and it’s a HIIT!
Bench Press (No bar? Use dumbbells or perform slow push-ups)
-D.B. Rows 3×8
-Band Pull-Aparts 3×8
3-4 Rounds of 20 reps:
– Hand Release Push-Ups
– Mt. Climbers
– Pull-Ups or Australian PU
– Jumping Jacks
– Plate Push (x1)

Perform one minute of the following:
-Toe Touch Crunch
-Supermans (slow pace)
Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll
Stretch and foam roll for at least 8 minutes.
