- Goblet Squats (heavier than last week. Slow, controlled reps)
- Walking Lunges (8 per leg)
- Ex. Ball Hamstring Curls (8 per leg)
- Monster Walks (8 forward, 8 backward)
Metabolic Circuit (20 min)
Complete 10, 9, 8, 7… = number of reps of each exercise per round. Go to zero.
