Warm Up:

Using our famous Dynamic Warm-Up

Strength: 3×8 (12 min)

Metabolic Circuit (20 min)

Complete 10, 9, 8, 7… = number of reps of each exercise per round. Go to zero.

Core (no core today)

Stretch (5-8 min)

    9.19 workout in the books. Finished chipper in 16 mins, a little tough, long weekend of debauchery didn’t help, ugh.
