It’s Fit Friday and we have an all new workout video just for you.

Workout Details

Warm up to a sweat with either our famous dynamic warm up, or perform:

  • 400m run
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Squats
  • 40 Jump Ropes

Repeat circuit until your body is at a sweat.

Then, follow the full length workout video below. If you’re a beast, do it twice.:
