To best maximize this training option, please complete the Jump Start Course and one of the Daily/Weekly trainers. Doing this will give you a better understanding of our exercise database and better prepare you for the fitness level of the Workout Anywhere of The Day (best for intermediate to advanced members (12 weeks or more of Workout Anywhere training).

Workout Flow

Workouts have an order with an estimated time attached to them. Most workouts start with a Warm-Up > Strength (Optional) > Metabolic Circuit (HIIT) or Aerobic Activity > Core > Stretch / Mobility .

Training Schedule

M,T,Th & F have optional strength segments.

Ability Level

Exercises will have a B, I or A for categorizing exercises and variations by ability level. B for beginner, I for intermediate and A for advanced. This is determined by the Jump Start Course.

Equipment Needs

Most workouts are primarily bodyweight. However, exercises can be performed with dumbbells (or kettlebells), resistance bands, medicine ball and a suspension trainer to super charge our routines. You can get all of this equipment affordably right here. >>> Workout Anywhere Store <<<

New Strength Trainer Add On

The strength portion to the daily Workout Anywhere of the Day trainer is not mandatory, but highly efficient and effective for promoting strength and lean muscle mass gains in a short amount of time. This portion takes only 15 minutes on average and can be performed with dumbbells, bands and bodyweight.
