“At the start of working with RundleFit and Workout Anywhere, I thought I would never make it as far as I did. I was excited to have a challenge that forced me to stay on track by working out regularly and eating well, but I wasn’t expecting my body to change as much as it has.
I had completed my own 12 week challenge last summer and was disappointed with my results, so it was hard at first, especially resisting those sweets and junk food, and often I would come so close to giving in to those cravings—they were just one arm length away. Resisting those temptations has completely changed my view of food. I don’t feel an overwhelming need to eat junk food and, even though they still smell and look amazing, there are so many ways I have learned to eat healthy and flavorful food now. Now people are coming to me for advice or tips on how and what to eat. When people started noticing changes in my body, it made me that much more motivated to work harder and not cheat myself.
My trainer, Jessica, has been such a support throughout this whole process. She would always encourage me whenever I was frustrated or disappointed in my results. Each week, I look forward to every workout. Through Workout Anywhere, I realized fitness can be used anywhere and on top of incredible workouts, I learned valuable meal planning tips and great recipe ideas to make weight loss as enjoyable as possible. I would never have been able to have come this far without her knowledge, support, and encouragement. I never thought I would want to make this a lifestyle change at the end of the 12 weeks, but now I can’t imagine going back to the way it was before. I have so much more confidence in how I feel about my body and more. I look forward now to pushing myself to the limits at each workout and this drive has affected other parts of my life as well, giving me the energy and determination to work my hardest in all I do.”
