“Justin Rundle has been my personal trainer for the past two years. When Justin began training me, my blood sugar tests indicated that I was pre-diabetic. After working with Justin, I have lost twenty-five pounds, and my blood sugar now tests in the normal range. His knowledge of nutrition was invaluable.

Justin is a gifted and natural-born teacher. He has a unique eye for the needs of his clients that will benefit you. His knowledge about nutrition and the biomechanics of the body and their interplay is encyclopedic. When you do your intake interview with him, make sure you have thought back over all your old injuries.

In my case, I had a childhood baseball injury in which I had severely torn my right hamstring, and it took many months to heal. My whole life I had been plagued by sciatica in my right hip and right hamstring which became especially acute when I ran distances over five miles. I never associated that childhood injury with the sciatica. Justin, however, did, and he was able to observe that my left hamstring had developed and remained far stronger than my right hamstring throughout my life. I literally could not do a right side lunge. It was the disequilibrium between the two hamstrings that was causing the sciatica. In crafting a plan that strengthened my right hamstring, the pressure of the musculature on my spine has stabilized, and the sciatica is completely gone from my right side. The improvement and change that Justin will bring to your life is worth more than money.”
