3 sets of 8 of:
3) Metabolic Circuit (20 min): As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
- 2 flights of stairs or 20 step ups (10/leg) or Mountain Climbers
- 4 Inchworms
- 6 Burpees
- 8 Jumping Jacks 0r Star Jacks
- 10 Box Jumps (or step ups)
*Every 4 minutes, 50 jump ropes
