Check out today’s strength and metabolic circuit. No better way to complete the week.

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<< (learn to love this warm-up. It’s a game changer)

2) Strength (16 min): 4 sets of 8 (moderate weight)

3) Metabolic Circuit ( 20 Minute Total Body Ascending Ladder Circuit): 

What’s the highest number you can make it through? Complete 2 reps for the first circuit, then 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and so on until 20 minutes is up.

Your score is how many rounds completed in 20 minutes.

4) Four Core (4 min): Four Core 

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
