Happy Fit Friday Team

Today’s lesson is right from the boot camp whiteboard. Let’s see who can finish this year out on a strong note.

Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength

Perform 3 sets of 8 reps of the following:

Step 3) HIIT Friday Workout:

Go 5 rounds (A), 4 rounds (I) and 3 rounds (B) of 30 seconds on (try to complete as many quality reps as possible), and 30 seconds of rest (move to the next exercise) of:

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down
