Fall is the perfect time of year for warm, delicious and nutritious soups, stews and chili! Coach Jessica’s Veggie Chili Recipe is plant based, vegan and full of flavor. If you prefer to have meat as part of your diet, you can, but this recipe is full of protein and nutrients. Check it out!


  1. 1 can black beans
  2. 2 cans pinto beans
  3. 1 can great northern beans
  4. 1 can kidney beans
  5. 1 can diced tomatoes
  6. 1 can tomato sauce
  7. 1 can corn
  8. 2 bell peppers chopped
  9. 1 chopped yellow onion
  10. 2 cloves garlic chopped
  11. 2 stalks celery chopped
  12. 1 packet simple organic chili seasoning


Dice all veggies and place in pot on low heat with a little water for about 10 minutes, add tomatoes and tomatoes sauce, then put packet of seasoning in. Next rinse and drain all beans and add them, rinse and drain corn, add 1-3 cups veggie broth. Stir and let simmer on low medium heat for 30 minutes.
Top with cilantro and avocado.
