Vegan Spring Rolls and Homemade Peanut Sauce

4 Spring Rolls with 4 TBSP Peanut Sauce, Fill wrap with chopped bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, spinach
Cucumbers, shredded carrots, sprouts, 1/2 avocado, (you can fill them with whatever veggies you like) and 4 TBSP Peanut Sauce.

(Spring Rolls rice paper wraps can be found at Yokes near the Asian food.)

Peanut Sauce:

4 TBSP is one serving. You can dip veggies in sauce or make the Spring Roll Wraps. 4-5 Spring Rolls is one serving for you. Fill spring roll wraps with any veggies of choice and stir all the ingredients together.

  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter (Adams)
  • 1/2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP Organic Coconut Aminos (Bragg’s)
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
