Vegan Spring Rolls with Homemade Peanut Sauce
4 Spring Rolls with 4 TBSP Peanut Sauce, Fill wrap with chopped bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, spinach
Cucumbers, shredded carrots, sprouts, 1/2 avocado, (you can fill them with whatever veggies you like) and 4 TBSP Peanut Sauce.

4 TBSP is one serving. You can dip veggies in sauce or make the Spring Roll Wraps. 4-5 Spring Rolls is one serving for you. Fill spring roll wraps with any veggies of choice and stir all the ingredients together.
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter (Adams)
- 1/2 TBSP Honey
- 1/2 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 2 TBSP Organic Coconut Aminos (Bragg’s)
- 1 TBSP Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
