Vegan guacamole is made with avocados, onions, tomatoes, salt and pepper. It is so simple and tastes amazing.

Ingredients: (organic is best)

  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1 handful chopped sweet onion
  • 1 large handful chopped grape tomatoes
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Mash ripe avocados
  • Add diced onions and tomatoes
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Mix together
  • Enjoy!

Serving Size: 2-3
