Vegan Dill Dressing is quick and easy. ?I am sure you can use your own spices to make this, but I buy the SPICE HUNTER brand of Organic Dill packet mix and simply mix it with Veganaise found in the health section of Yokes and I am sure they have it at Fredmeyer and Rosauers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Spice Hunter Organic Dill Seasoning Mix (the Ranch mix is also good, but Dill is our favorite)
  • 2 Cups Veganaise (Soy Free or Low Fat is best)

Directions:

  • Mix the packet in the Veganaise and add water to make the consistency runnier like a dressing (just put a dash of water in at a time because it doesn't take much).

Final Thoughts:

Vegan Dill Dressing is great on salad, used as a dip, on sandwiches, lettuce wraps, tacos and more. You can also mash an avocado and use a little of the dressing with the avocado to mix things up. ?Always try and use dressings sparingly because keeping your fats to a minimum throughout the day is best.
