“Being 20 pounds overweight and without any muscle tone whatsoever, I very reluctantly join RundleFit’s Workout Anywhere. However, after speaking to Jessica Rundle at the urging of my teenage daughter I didn’t need any more convincing. At 50 years old, I had told myself it was too late to exercise and that I was destined to look “saggy and baggy”.
I also was skeptical about being able to lose weight as my metabolism had seemed to slow down to a crawl. I anticipated that this challenge would be extremely difficult, especially the diet portion when Jessica gave us our meal plan. I thought I would be hungry all of the time like I was when I joined the Weight Watchers program years ago (when I lost 30 pounds and gained it all back over the course of the next year). To my great surprise, I was extremely satisfied with the meal plan and was practically never hungry!!
