Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Cardio (beginners can just do half of everything):

Run 1mile (Buy In)

  • Then 3×20 of:
    • Mt. Climbers
    • Hip Pulse
    • Jump Squats
    • Bicycle Crunches
    • High Knees (count the right knee only)
    • Burpees

Run 1mile (Buy Out)

3) Four Core (4 min): Four Minute Total Core

4) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
