Hi Team!

Good Turn it Up Tuesday Team! Get ready for a solid cardio and core circuit after your warm-up. Follow the steps to get started.

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength (not today):

3) Metabolic Circuit (30 Min): Go at least 75% intensity through the duration of the cardio drills. At minute 15, perform 5 plate pushes (or 100 Mt. Climbers).

  • 5 min run, row or bike
  • 20 Toe Touch?Crunches
  • 5 min bike, run or row
  • 20 Supermans
  • 5 min row, run or bike
  • 20 Double Crunches
  • 5 min bike, run or row
  • 20 Supermans

End with 5 Plate Pushes or 100 mt. climbers

4) Four Core: Off For Today

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through. Three if you’re feeling dangerous
