4 circuits for time (your time is your score. Please add this to the comments below). Advanced (A) should perform 5 rounds & B 3
- 2 flights of stairs (don’t have access to stairs? Perform running high knees for 20 seconds)
- 4 Mt. Climbers
- 6 Burpees
- 8 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Box Jumps (or Step Ups)
3) Four Core (4 min): Four Minute Total Core
4) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
