Today’s lesson is a great way to get burn body fat, and spare that hard earned lean muscle mass. 🙂 Complete either 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds to really burn up those calories!
Perform our favorite Standing Dynamic Warm-Up or just move until you’re sweating.

Complete 1, 2, 3, or 4 Rounds (1 minute of each exercise) of the Following:
– High Knees or Marching (low impact)
– Core Plank
– Jumping Jacks or Low Impact Jacks
– Wall Balls (no medicine ball, use a basketball)

– Mountain Climbers
– Squats (bodyweight)
Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll
