Today’s lesson is a great way to get back on track after Christmas calories! ๐Ÿ™‚ Complete either 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds to really burn up those calories!

Dynamic Warm-Up

Perform our favorite Standing Dynamic Warm-Up or just move until you’re sweating.

Metabolic Circuit

Perform one minute of each exercise (Repeat for 16 or 24 Minutes (A)):

– Heismans (

– Core Plank

– Jumping Jacks

– Supermans

– Mountain Climbers ( )

– Crunches

– Bird Pointers (Switch every two.

– Squats (bodyweight) or Jump Squats

Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll

Use our Stretch Playlist for 10 minutes, then foam roll.
