Today’s lesson is a great way to get back on track after Christmas calories! 🙂 Complete either 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds to really burn up those calories!
Perform our favorite Standing Dynamic Warm-Up or just move until you’re sweating.

Perform one minute of each exercise (Repeat for 16 or 24 Minutes (A)):
– Core Plank
– Jumping Jacks

– Bird Pointers (Switch every two. http://workoutanywhere.net/bird-dogs-bird-pointers-core-exercise/)
– Squats (bodyweight) or Jump Squats
Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll
