Good Tuesday Morning Team!

Today’s lesson is a great way to burn up calories with HIIT intervals! Complete either 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds to really burn up those calories!

Dynamic Warm-Up

Perform our favorite Standing Dynamic Warm-Up or just move until you’re sweating.

Metabolic Circuit

Complete 1, 2, 3, or 4 Rounds (1 minute of each exercise) of the Following:

– High Knees or Marching (low impact)

– Core Plank

– Jumping Jacks or Low Impact Jacks

– Supermans

– Wall Balls (no medicine ball, use a basketball)

– Crunches

– Heismans (

– Bird Pointers (Switch every two.

– Mountain Climbers

– Squats (bodyweight)

Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll

Use our Stretch Playlist for 10 minutes, then foam roll.
