Total Body Meltdown Home Workout Details
Go through the circuit as many times as possible in 12 minutes. The main exercise is listed first, and then beginner variations are marked with a (B). This routine is mostly equipment free, except for the use of a pull-up bar (or a suspension trainer and even a towel will work here).
