Hello Workout Anywhere Nation!  Get ready for Thirty Thursday’s fitness challenge. This week has been a fun one, especially with the kickoff of Motivation Monday, Turn It Up Tuesday and Workout Anywhere Wednesday.  Today’s theme is based off of a random fitness challenge that either contains thirty reps, a time with 30 or some other variation.

Burpees can be fun! 😉

Think of it as a fun, unexpected fitness challenge to improve one’s health and fitness level.  Whether you make this part of your gym routine or home workout program, try to get this in at some point or the end of your Thursday workout.

For kickoff Thursday, January 31 2013, the fitness challenge of the day is 30 burpees for time.  Burpees are one of the best total body workout exercise, because in a split second, they accomplish just that.  A total body workout in a few simple moves and can be performed anywhere.  To begin, try to get burpees or a variation of them (check out our trial section for all level burpees) as quickly as possible.  We recommend going all the way to the ground (chest, abdomen, thighs touch the floor). Then, post your score here or on our Facebook Page.
