You can take your fitness anywhere! That means going to the park, mall, beach or where.  Most people know of a good local park.  If not, it’s easy to find one.  Use our first park workout (last amateur video before our recent trip to LA (30 professionally shot workout videos coming soon)) for an incredible, fat burning park workout routine.  Whether one is in need of a quick workout or an opportunity to entertain the kids, the park, makes for an incredible surrounding and beautiful, natural gym.

How Do I Begin The Park Workout?

To begin, make sure you warm-up thoroughly to a sweat (for best results do our Dynamic Warm-Up) and then begin.  Be sure to have a water bottle and a towel handy, because this workout works for all levels!

What Are The Exercises in The Park Workout?

the park workout contains a series of total body, upper body, lower body, core and conditioning elements.  This is the Workout Anywhere style and the Park Workout is no different.  For this particular workout, expect to do pull ups, lateral push ups, squats, step ups, box jumps, sprints and core training (with variations for all levels).
