Monday Workout Anywhere of The Day Lesson-O

Good Monday Morning Team!

Today’s an extra special way to kickoff the week! Finish this workout with a partner, or take on the challenge solo. Either way works!

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up: 

Dynamic Warm Up

2) Strength Circuit (Optional Today)

If you’re low on time, just head right into the 100 Rep Challenge

Squats (3×8)

Monster Walks (3×8)

Exercise Ball or Suspension Trainer Hamstring Curls (3×12)

3) 100 Rep Challenge (Complete 100 Reps of The Following in Order. 50 if You’re low on time) 

Squats (bodyweight)

Jumping Jacks

Wall Balls

Mt. Climbers

Box Jumps

Burpees or Push-Ups

Walking Lunges

Optional Bonus Finisher: 10 Plate Pushes

4) Four Core (4 min): Perform one minute of:

Toe Touch Crunch

Supermans

Plank

Bicycle Crunch

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
