Sweat it Out Saturday Returns

Good Morning Barb,

For today’s Sweat it Out Saturday, check out the special circuit below.

Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength (OFF)

Step 3) Metabolic Circuit: Complete 100 reps of the following. Every 2 minutes, complete 5 BURPEES! 🙂

  • Mt. Climbers
  • Running High Knees
  • Squats
  • Slam Balls
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Stairs x 10

Step 4) Four Core

Great job this week! Tomorrow is a meal prep / rest day! You’ve earned it!
