Suspension training is one of the few devices we recommend within our Workout Anywhere program. Most notably known by the brand TRX, suspension training or bodyweight trainers can literally enhance any bodyweight or gym exercise with the simple transfer of body position.

Suspension Training Workout Details:

This amazing, fat burning 8 Minute Meltdown workout. Partner up, or go through the routine solo for an incredible bodyweight training experience.

After warming up, proceed with the 8 exercises of the 8 Minute Meltdown. Try to get as many reps as possible AMRAP within a minute of each exercise:

1) Australian Pull-Ups (a long beach towel can be used in replace of a suspension trainer)
2) Burpees
3) Sit-Ups or Crunches (B to I)
4) Jump Squats
5) Push-Ups
6) Alternating Lunges ( I to B (Beginners can stick to squats) and hopping alt lunges for Advanced
7) Double Ab Crunch
8) Jumping Jacks

Don’t forget to do some of the fitness add-ons and stretch post-workout.

      1.18.16 Monday – over two weeks to recover from flu, ugh, did both dynamic warm-ups then Justin’s 20 sec on 10 sec lower body tabata and 4-core, building back up

      1.19.16 Tuesday – still feeling it, double warm-up, above suspension training 4 rounds 15 reps, 4-core, felt a little stronger. I’m coming back!!!!
