One of our favorite tricep training exercises can literally be performed anywhere! Watch the video below, and use the pointers to get started on the Super Band Tricep Extension.

Super Band Tricep Extension

  • Find your favorite Super Band or resistance band
  • Loop it around a sturdy bar, pole or object above your head
  • Pull down the band until your arms create a 90 degree bend
  • Keeping elbows and shoulders stable, extend arms until straight
  • Flex the back of your arms (triceps) to really feel the burn
  • Slowly bring your arms back to 90 and then repeat
