You’ll literally target the whole abdominal wall (lower abs, transverse abdominals and external obliques) in one amazing movement.

Six Pack Exercise Details:

  • Lay flat on your back, arms and legs extended
  • Tighten up your core
  • Lift both arms, and left leg together
  • Cross the body slightly and aim opposite and to foot
  • Breathe out, and slowly lower
  • Repeat
