How to perform the Shoulder Tap Core Exercise
To begin, start in the push up position (either on your toes or knees), and be sure to keep the spine as neutral and level as possible. After arms are extended, back is as flat as possible, take your opposite hand and tap the opposite shoulder (while balancing on the other hand). Go until the desired number of reps are complete.
