Re (pronounced “ree”) is a small fitness studio in North Spokane (close to Whitworth and Mead High School in the Fairwood Center) offering a different twist to group fitness classes with full body spin workouts, low impact body weight strength training in barre classes, and relaxing yoga flow with massage adjustments. If you want to try a different kind of class that offers a little of everything, you’ll have to try to pedal plié where the first 30 minutes is spin, then just over 20 minutes of barre strength training followed by a yoga focused stretch and cool down to finish. Although the workouts are unique, what really sets Re apart is the positive atmosphere of community where the value of personal connection is seemingly just as important as the physical journey of health and strength.
Classes are for both men and women, with all ages and fitness levels invited and welcomed here! Although there aren’t different levels of classes, many modification and challenge opportunities are suggested throughout every workout. Your first class at Re is complimentary. With a punchcard purchase, classes range from $5-$7 each, unlimited monthly membership is $100/month (no contract or term commitment required), and drop ins are $10/class. Re fitness would be the perfect fit for our weekly training schedule. We love having a blend of total body strength days, aerobic days and one or two recovery days. If one was using our at home/travel training app Workout Anywhere, or attending our North Spokane Boot Camp, we would recommend doing that for a couple days, and then going to re fitness’ spin and yoga classes on alternate days. All of this, plus making gradual, better nutrition habits would be a total, healthy lifestyle makeover!
