Who’s up for a quick, 10 Minute Living Room, Lower Body Tabata HIIT Workout?

The cardio videos are back and a new series of HIIT, Tabatas and Fit Pregnancy updates were filmed this Workout Anywhere Wednesday. Whew! Who knew so much could be accomplished in a short amount of time.

Rest assured, this “Quick 10 Minute Lower Body Tabata HIIT Workout,” may seem like a short and simple workout, but it’s very effective for burning fat fast and toning stubborn lower body muscle groups.

How do I begin?

Use our RundleFit Dynamic Warm Up to start strong. Then, follow the video to learn the essential fat burning moves. The workout is:

  1. 5 Exercises (2 minutes each)
    1. 20 seconds of activity
    2. 10 seconds of rest
  2. If you’re a beast, do this routine twice
