Positive Changes For Workout Anywhere
This summer has been filled with opportunity and positive change for Workout Anywhere. Justin and Jessica’s plates have been full, but busy is good. What have they been up to? Well, Justin and Jessica flew down to Los Angeles, California to work with a professional film crew and filmed over a year’s worth of content for their site Workout Anywhere. It was hard work, 1,000’s of calories were burned, but it turned out better then they ever could have imagined. They are excited and anxious to get the new content edited and on the site for all of their current and future members to use.
The workouts are total body, fat burning workouts that will leave members with real results. The workouts are not only total body, but they also provide variations to keep any fitness level satisfied. Beginners receive just as many benefits as advanced fitness levels while being provided with a smart training approach to avoid injury. Intermediate and advanced levels have more intense workout versions to stay motivated and challenged.
Justin and Jessica are adding a new workout in every month to mix it up, called “8 Minute Meltdowns” where the members can challenge the coaches and try to keep up, or beat them in the workout. Justin and Jessica go all out and personally experienced the power of the “8 Minute Meltdowns.” Going all out for eight minutes is more exhausting then steady state cardio and burns more fat calories, due to the metabolic burn one receives after the workout is finished.
