      Another Great Workout!
I like the Medicine Ball slams and Russian Twist next to each other. Turkish Getups were harder than they look but doable. Push-ups/jump squats were good although I noticed my soreness when I was doing the push-ups. I should have had a tighter band for the back row but it was still good and grapevine was different and fun. I did the 20 minute workout and got through 3 times and 4 on the ball slams. Sweating Everywhere and feel Great!
