Let’s kickoff the week off strong! New format for you two below.
1) Warm Up (5-10 min): >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<
2) Strength Circuit (10 min): Go through two rounds, and perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds. Then rest for 30 (and move to the next exercise)
3) Metabolic Circuit (4×12 for time):
- Walking Lunges w/ Overhead Press (lunge, stand up and press light dumbbells over your head)
- Renegade Rows
- Bear Crawls
- Jumping Jacks or Stationary Jacks
4) Four Core (4 min): Trifecta Core Routine
5) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min):Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
