If you’re up for a big fitness challenge, and interested in taking on the official Memorial Day Workout, then this is for you. It’s called Murph, and it’s in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy (the Navy Seal from Lone Survivor).
Let’s warm-up with our favorite dynamic warm-up, and proceed with Murph. There’s a high number of bodyweight reps, so starting with 1/3 or the list is a good way into it, or half. Full workout is very advanced.
