Today’s workout is a burner, but you’re worth it!

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up:

Standing Dynamic Warm Up

2) Strength Circuit (3×8)

Goblet Squats (2 second pause at the bottom of the squat)


Hamstring Curls

Bird Feeders (optional)

3) Metabolic Circuit (x4)

Scissor Hops (6/per leg)

Run 200 (M) or run 2 sets of stairs

Wall Sit (30 sec)

Run 200 (M) or run 2 sets of stairs

Box Jumps or Walking Lunges x12

4) Four Core (4 min): Perform one minute of:

Toe Touch Crunch



Bicycle Crunch

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
