Good Monday Morning Team!

Workout Details:

1) Dynamic Warm Up

2) Strength Circuit: 5×5 for squats and 4×8 for the rest of the exercises

3) Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 16 Min (x12 Reps For All):

4) Four Core (4 min): Perform one minute of:

  • Hip Pulse
  • Alt. Supermans
  • Rocking Plank
  • Bicycle Crunch

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
