Fruit Smoothie (need a blender)
Ingredients:
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 C of Blue Berries (frozen)
- 1 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 C of Orange Juice
- 1 C of Water
Directions:
Add ingredients in order above. Then blend until everything is smooth. Any fruits are allowed for this wonderful breakfast smoothie.
