There’s no better way to start the day than with our Morning Jump Start Berry Smoothie! This delicious, super food blend of fruits and greens is perfect for busy parents, kids and anyone living a healthy lifestyle (great for muscle recovery, promoting a strong/healthy metabolism, and an all-natural energy boost). Best of all, it’s easy to make (smoothie takes only 5 minutes to prepare and serve).

 

Without further a-do, below is the delicious, Morning Jump Start Berry Smoothie!

Fruit Smoothie (need a blender)

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 C of Blue Berries (frozen)
  • 1 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 C of Orange Juice
  • 1 C of Water

Directions:

Add ingredients in order above. Then blend until everything is smooth. Any fruits are allowed for this wonderful breakfast smoothie.
