Fit Friday - Workout Anywhere of The Day


No better way to finish the week off strong! Let’s do this team!

Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength

Perform 3 sets of 8 reps of the following:

Step 3) HIIT Friday Workout:

Finish 4 rounds of:

Squats x12

Side Shuffle x12 each way

Mountain Climbers x24

Double Crunch x24

Burpees x12

(run or walk for 30 seconds, then repeat)

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down
