Medicine Ball Home Workout

If you’re looking for a good, clean and fun way of releasing some stress and burning calories, then the Medicine Ball Home Workout is the solution!

The Medicine Ball Home workout is the perfect blend of total body exercises, featuring a sand filled medicine ball.  First, make sure you have a medicine ball.  If you don’t, you can get one here (medicine ball).  Then proceed.

This home workout was one of our original videos, providing an insanely effective routine, targeting the upper body, lower body and core, while adding conditioning elements.  All within 15 minutes of activity.

Say Goodbye To Stress and Unwanted Calories

For most busy people, stress is a daily part of life.  However, if gone unmanaged, cortisol (the stress hormone) can build up and cause significant health issues.  One of those being excess body fat.  To relieve release and unwanted calories, warm up to a sweat, and follow the exercise list below.

Remember, in spite of having elements of high intensity, if one keeps it within their fitness level and pace, then the routine is truly scalable for all ability levels.  Whether you are in need of a beginner home workout routine, or advanced program, this is for you.

If you have any questions, feel free to post in the comment box below.  Also, post how you felt with this workout and what you liked or disliked.  Posting will encourage others to stay on track with their at home workouts and help with bench marking results.
