Happy Fit Friday!

Time to finish this week strong with a special March Madness workout!

Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or use our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength

Perform 3 sets of 12 reps of the following:

Sit to Hop (aka modified pistol) or Goblet Squats

Lunges (12 per leg) or Scissor Hops (A)

Cart Drill or Ex. Ball Hamstring Curls

Step 3) >> March Madness Workout <<

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down

Step 5) Please post in the app and the group.
