After watching the video, either follow along (by replaying it), or perform the following.
Perform 1 minute of each exercise (repeat 2-3 times if you’re a BEAST!)

- Jumping Jacks
- Double Ab Crunch
- Running High Knees
- Mountain Climbers
- Toe Touch Ab Crunch
