New Health and Fitness Site Workout Anywhere by RundleFit Changes Lifestyles

RundleFit releases the details of their first nutrition, health and fitness challenge to promote their new site, Workout Anywhere, proving the effectiveness of their home or traveling workout program.

Workout Anywhere by RundleFit is already gaining popularity since the launch of their site this New Year, but in order to help more health goals, they are offering prizes to those interested in completing their six-week body transformation or fitness challenge.  The terms are simple.

  • Sign up for one of Workout Anywhere’s affordable membership plans and complete the challenge criteria.  Membership options are the Silver (monthly package), Gold (discounted annual package), or Platinum (annual plus custom meal plan).
  • Determine if you want to do the Body Transformation or Improve Your Fitness Level categories, or both.  Body Transformation contestants need to send before picture (picture should be in fitted clothing or swimsuit to determine noticeable physical change) with current weight.  Improve Your Fitness Level challengers need to complete initial fitness assessment and email Team RundleFit the time.  Further rules and guidelines for the fitness assessment will be in the member’s section.
  • Challenge starts Sunday, January 20th (read on to learn more about the enrollment grace period) and ends Sunday, March 17th.  Six week challenge starts immediately after one registers as a member and emails Team RundleFit their fitness assessment score, before pics and weight or both if you are competing in each category.  Sunday, January 20th is the first day a challenger can start their six-week challenge and Sunday, February 3 is the absolute last day an entry will be accepted.
  • Participate to your full ability in the effective home based or traveling workout programs.  New exercise videos and programs updated weekly.
  • Follow RundleFit’s whole food meal plans and implement their recipes into your diet. Please comment on our page and Facebook page your creative solutions towards eating cleaner each meal.  This is part of your overall score.
  • Report your scores of each weekly challenge or interact with RundleFit’s Q and A section and members.
  • Transformation challengers will be graded on overall transformation and interaction with and our Facebook page (post workout scores, talk about substituting salad over fries or how you incorporated one of our workouts into your hectic day).
  • Improve Your Fitness Level contestants will be based off of overall improvement in fitness score and user interaction with site and Facebook page. Post workout scores, healthy meal options, creative workout ideas, etc.  This will be known as Lead by Example Points.
  • Lead by Example Points will help promote the brand but the primary focus is to develop positive interaction among peers and act as healthy role models.  Displaying a positive outlook on daily habits is the key of turning your fitness challenge into a healthy lifestyle.

That’s it.  One male and female winner will be chosen according to the grading criteria listed on  Winners will receive a full year membership, coaching package and RundleFit apparel ($350 value).  Runners-up will receive apparel as well.

Six weeks may sound brief, but this is actually the jump-start to the new you.  RundleFit’s Workout Anywhere program is designed to build healthy lifestyles and not 12-week fitness highlights.  Six weeks are the perfect initial benchmark to see easily that one can apply fitness and nutrition into a busy daily life with the unmatched guidance of Justin and Jessica Rundle.  If one can commit to 15-20 minutes of exercise with variable workout programs that require mostly body weight exercises from the convenience of home, work or while traveling, RundleFit will take care of the rest.
