Green juice recipes are being haled as magical health elixirs. In short, they are! From features on Dr. Oz, to scientific studies and documentaries proving their worth, raw juicing is nothing short of a nutrition game changer.
There are numerous health benefits from green “raw” juice, including overall improved health, improved digestion, immune system support, muscle recovery and literally improvements for all bodily functions and processes. This is due to the higher absorption of antioxidants, live enzymes (only live and functional in a raw and non-denatured state) and phytonutrients. Ultimately, these components provide the trifecta for optimum health and are essential for life.
To get started on juicing, Jessica has shared her special “Slimming Green Juice Recipe.” It’s easy to make, delicious and of course, good for you. When making this juice, it is best to put the ingredients through your juicer in the recommended order. This will help prevent your juicer from clogging and also creates a better consistency.

- 2-3 Cups Spinach
- 1 Whole Cucumber
- 1 Whole Apple (minus the core)
- 1 Whole Tangerine (minus the peel)
- 1/2 Lemon (minus the peel)
- 6 Asparagus Spears
- Thumb Size Piece of Ginger Root
- 1 Handfull of Carrots
- 2 Celery Stalks
