Coach Jessica Rundle is sharing her tips on how to lean out for a figure competition. She includes diet secrets, training and more in her vlog series of 2013 (since then, Jessica lander her first fitness magazine cover and has become a leading online fitness professional for most fitness goals). Jessica has competed in 10 figure competitions, three being national shows and one being an international show. She placed 5th in the world at the international show Fitness America located in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2010. Jessica re-qualified for the NPC nationals last year and has decided to train for the USA’s Bodybuilding Championships (national show) at the end of July. Her passion and dedication for competing has inspired novice competitors to follow her journey and training methods. So far, she has coached a number of competitors in both figure and bikini with great success.
Jessica decided that by sharing her journey for contest preparation, she could help others lean out and accomplish their goals at the same time. Everyone can have the body they desire, as long as they are willing to be disciplined, consistent and trust in the program provided.
Jessica has had her struggles with after show rebound and knows how important it is to stay on a clean, well-balanced diet after a show. One’s body is hyper-sensitive in this state and can easily rebound if temptation takes over. Her goal this season is to earn the best physique of her life and maintain it forever (competition lean is not a healthy lean for a pro-longed duration, but finding the optimum balance of an athletic lean physique is the goal). She will be sharing valuable information on how to maintain your athletic lean physique once desired goal is reached.
