Step 1) Warm-Up

Warm-up to a sweat, or apply our famous Dynamic Warm-UP.

Step 2) Strength (off for today)

Step 3) 3-4 Rounds of 30 seconds ON, 30 seconds OFF of:

  • Squats
  • Push-Ups
  • Side Shuffle 10 ft
  • Pull-Ups
  • Walking Lunges
  • Plank

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down
