Workout Details:

1) Dynamic Warm Up
2) HIIT Circuit: 3 sets, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off as many quality reps as possible
  • Goblet Squats
    Monster Walks
    Exercise Ball Hamstring Curls
3) HIIT Circuit #2 (3 more rounds of 30 seconds on, 30 off)
  • Wall Balls
  • Renegade Rows
  • Walking Lunges
  • Push-Ups
4) Four Core (4 min): Perform one minute of:
  • Hip Pulse
  • Alt. Supermans
  • Rocking Plank
  • Bicycle Crunch

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
