  • 20 Supermans
  • 1 Minute Plank
  • 1 Minute Squats
  • 20 Double Crunches
  • 1 Minute Burpees
  • 1 Minute Squat Jumps
  • 20 Supermans
  • Repeat if Advanced

1 Mile Run or 1/2 Mile Run/Walk

4) Four Core: Off For Today
